Typical scope
- Mezzanines — steel, timber, with stairs and balustrades.
- Office pods — partitioned offices built inside the warehouse.
- Amenities — lunchrooms, toilets, showers.
- Racking — pallet racking, shelving, cantilever racks.
- Plant — compressors, dust extraction, spray booths, redundant machinery.
- Services — high-voltage runs, three-phase power, compressed air lines.
- Slab make good — anchors, fixings, line marking, repairs.
Heavier equipment, fewer restrictions
Industrial strip-outs typically use forklifts, EWPs, scissor lifts, excavators with shears for steel, and roll-on bins. Access through roller doors makes waste removal straightforward.
Services made safe
Three-phase and high-load circuits isolated by a licensed electrician. Compressed air, gas and plumbing made safe. Fire systems — sprinklers and hydrants — coordinated with the fire contractor.
Salvage
Racking, steel mezzanines, cool rooms, office furniture and some plant can be resold. Salvage is identified early and credited against the price where agreed.
Asbestos
Older industrial buildings frequently contain asbestos cement in wall and roof sheeting, office pod linings and plant room linings. Registers are checked; any asbestos within the scope is removed by separately licensed asbestos removalists.

| Retail & Shop Strip Outs | Shopfronts, fit-outs and signage removed in shopping centres and high streets, around trading hours. |
| Restaurant & Cafe Strip Outs | Commercial kitchens, exhaust hoods, cool rooms, grease traps and dining fit-outs removed and made safe. |

Questions people ask before they commit
Can a steel mezzanine be removed and reused?
Sometimes. Bolted steel mezzanines can be dismantled and relocated if the structure and components are in good condition. Welded mezzanines are usually cut and recycled as scrap steel.
Do you remove pallet racking?
Yes. Pallet racking is dismantled and removed, and in good condition it often has resale value. Anchor bolts are cut and floor penetrations addressed as the lease requires.
What about the slab after removal?
Anchors, fixings and floor-mounted items are removed and holes filled or ground back as scoped. Epoxy coatings, line marking removal or slab repairs can be included if the make-good requires them.
Where do you work?
Industrial areas across Sydney, including Wetherill Park, Smithfield, Silverwater, Rydalmere, Eastern Creek, Erskine Park, Moorebank, Alexandria, Mascot, Botany, Artarmon and Brookvale.
