What this site is
Sydney Strip Outs connects tenants, landlords, builders, fit-out contractors and homeowners with a licensed contractor for commercial strip-outs, make-goods, and kitchen and bathroom demolition. You send the scope, a site walk is arranged, and you receive a written price from the contractor who would do the work.
We are not the contractor. The quote and contract are theirs.
Who does the work
Strip-out work arranged through this site is carried out by Civillink Logistics, a licensed NSW demolition contractor. Licence and insurance details are provided on your discovery call, or whenever you ask.
What we will not claim
Asbestos removal. Carried out by separately licensed asbestos removalists.
Specialist services. Gas, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and fire system work is done by the appropriately licensed trades.
Reviews. This is a new site. We have not invented ratings or testimonials.
Fixed prices without a scope. A lease clause, floor plan or site walk comes first.
Trade to trade
A strip-out only matters if the next trade walks into a safe, clean shell on time. Everything here is built around that handover.
