Do you strip out laboratories?
Lab fit-outs are handled once the tenant has decontaminated and cleared hazardous materials and specialist equipment in line with their own obligations. The strip-out then removes benches, fume cupboards (after specialist decommissioning), services and fit-out.
What about data and comms rooms?
Comms rooms include raised floors, cable trays, dedicated air conditioning and electrical infrastructure. Redundant items are removed after isolation, and anything the landlord wants retained is identified first.
Is access easier than the CBD?
Usually. Business park buildings often have better loading, more parking and fewer restrictions, though occupied buildings still have hours and rules.
